Information Marlobella gathers and tracks:
Marlobella gathers three types of information about users: data that users provide through optional, voluntary registrations on our sites and in certain; data that is transmitted to Marlobella through the utilisation of Extreme Tracking; and data Marlobella gathers through aggregating tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites and click-throughs on our newsletters. Such information enables us to better tailor the content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience. Because Marlobella does not derive its revenue from advertising, such aggregated demographic data is essential to keeping our web content available to the largest market.
Marlobella will not divulge information about any individual user to a third party, except only with the user’s express consent. The vast majority of data is anonymous not attributable to an individual nor entity.
As Marlobella acts on your behalf to obtain services and products your address and sometimes a contact or contacts within the business names and contact details may be held on file; this can include home addresses and private numbers and emails as needed. We do not hold personal information, but if you believe we hold your information please contact us and we will provide what we hold and remove any you are unhappy with.
Data Removal by Us
We do not send newsletters nor other unsolicited communications. The only data we hold is day-to-day contact information so we can communicate with you our customers and business contacts when needed. As long as we still trade and may need contact you we will hold this information for this purpose. Every ten years we will remove details of anyone not contacted in that time. If you would like it removed earlier please let us know though some information relating to accounts and invoices and contract agreements etc… will need to be retained for while there is a legal basis for it.
